I always wanted to become a pilot. I visited so many other schools in the valley and ultimately decided on Venture West Aviation. I loved how upfront they have been and it has been nice that I have been able to fly three times a week they have so many success stories and everyone has been on track with the syllabus they have set! I have many kids in my class who have come over from other programs and have had more success/better environment/more flight ability in a couple weeks here at Venture West then they had the 6 months at their other programs. My experience here has been nothing but great and I have learned so much and they have valuable people here who have so much aviation knowledge you would be foolish not to come here!

Venture West has been a huge breath of fresh air. The whole team here is extremely involved in each students day to day training and all care about your success. I found Venture West through an Instagram post while I was attending another flight school struggling to get through my PPL due to scheduling issues and plane availability. Once I got here to VW I knew things were going to flow much smoother. The consistency of the scheduling and operation style of VW makes flight training fun and efficient. Highly recommend!

Venture West truly knows how to cater to your needs. When I was looking into different aviation schools, I knew from the time I stepped foot into the hangar that this was the right school for me. I have been at Venture West for all my training from Private Pilot all the up to CFII so far, and multi-engine is next! All instructors I have came across are very knowledgeable and willing to help any student, even if it’s not their own. Exactly what I was looking for. Structure and thoroughness of a part 141 type flight school but with the individualized care of a small part 61 school. Everyone from owners/ instructors to students further along in their training is super helpful and genuinely want to see every student succeed. Zero regrets switching to Venture West from another school. Highly recommend to anyone starting out this journey or thinking of switching.

Tyler and his team at Venture West LLC are the best. Our son started his training at another place that I’ll not name as they should get no credit. It is a big company that only cares about money and not their students. When our son first mentioned moving to Venture West we were not on board. Since he has moved over, we are ecstatic. It was the best choice. If you have any concerns about moving from that big company do not worry and move over immediately. At Venture West, they care about teaching their students first and everything else second. They will work close with the students and make them feel part of their learning. Venture West Aviation is a great flight school. Whether you are just wanting to get your Private Pilot License or you’re wanting to take it all the way to Commercial or even CFII, Venture West is the way to go. They are much more affordable than the other flight schools around the Valley, and they have a great plane with some up to date avionics equipment that make flying easy and fun. The instructors know what they’re talking about, and work with you at a pace that works for you. Really good flight school! Got me out of my rut of not flying for a bit and got me up in the air again. How they run things is very cool because it is oriented on getting your CFI from the day you start training with them. Which I have never heard of any flight school doing before but it is an amazing idea!

The team at Venture West is extremly professional. The training they offer is the best in the valley. They have a beautiful aircraft that is well equipped and maintained so you know you are getting the training to need in a safe plane. I'm a better pilot today because of the time I spent with the guys at Venture West!

Great school, everyone is very kind and incredibly supportive. And all the instructors and staff are incredibly smart and well versed with knowledge.

I flew with Tyler in a really nice plane that was recently upgraded with all new instruments. Tyler was very professional as an instructor and gave instruction in plain language that was easy to understand and follow.  The goals for the days flight were laid out in advance and everything that followed was set up to accomplish those goals. Well organized great instructions easy to interact with.   I look forward to continuing my flight training with this company.

I can't recommend Venture West Aviation enough! What I love about Venture West as opposed to other flight schools is the atmosphere and culture here is all about the students and helping the students earn their licenses.The instructors go above and beyond and are all very knowledgeable. They demonstrate vast ground knowledge regarding all aspects of aviation and the industry in general. They always makes me feel confident in my abilities when flying and comfortable learning new techniques and procedures. My path is a little different than some, as I am not going to get all my licenses, but they still prioritize me as a student.Venture West Aviation is incredibly affordable.  The plane has state of the art technology.  The owners are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions, even outside of operating hours.
